Your first visit to Jacksonville Beach Dermatology involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. Please make sure to bring your photo ID, insurance cards, and any medication lists to your appointment. We look forward to meeting you.

All copays and deductibles will be collected at the time of your appointment, as well as any cosmetic procedures elected for your visit. We accept Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, and cash.
Please be advised there will be a $50 fee assessed to your patient account in the event of a no-show appointment, or for failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance.
